They will fill out the vendor form. Usually the IOD packet will have to be done first, but with everything in disarray RCC will do the vendor form first.

They will fill out the IOD packet. If you are still out because of Covid, they will do it over the phone. If you returned back to work, just tell a supervisor you want to fill out one. Donโt let them deter you.

Just because you do an IOD does it mean you have to go out of work. You can fill out an IOD and remain at work.
You should do one just to document that you tested positive for Covid.
None of us, not even doctors/scientists know the long term effects of contracting this disease.
