   Surveys of this type are designed to identify which failure would have the least negative impact on the political future of the administration. How do you pit wages against benefits? If the members put wages and job security above pension and health, then any failure to achieve improvements in those areas can be blamed on how the members answered the survey. I encouraged many fellow workers to rank everything as a one since, last contract we got none of the above. As far as many other questions asked, the point is well taken that the survey doesn’t reflect the mindset of transit workers. Obviously, non-transit workers had a huge part to play in it’s creation.
